Curiosity has been a problem most of us seem to have, in cupid and psyche there is a great example of what happens when you are curios. “Hast thou almost perished by the same curiosity. But now perform exactly the task imposed on you by my mother, and I will take care of the rest.” Psyche looked at her husband when she was not supposed to and suffered great consequences. I once was told not to read a conversation on messenger, but my curiosity led me and I found out something I was not supposed to, and got in to trouble. Curiosity is something that can affect us in a bad way, but we or at least I was too stupid to realize that when we are told not do something is for out own good. If Psyche wouldn’t have looked she would probably be okay, it was for her own good not to look at her husband but this a feeling that can lead us to do horrible things.
Sometimes, I let my feelings control me and sometimes that is what we all do, and we do not even think about it we just kind of let them take over and when we realize is too late. And there is nothing we can do but feel the regret and feel bad about it.
