Society is based on what?

People in the past think the same as we do about death, we always seem to avoid the subject unless a person is suffering allot they think is prudent to let them die. “At last all hope of relief vanished, and men learned to look upon death as the only deliverer from disease. Then they gave way to every inclination, and cared not to ask what was expedient, for nothing was expedient.” This quote can say that people in the past though we think are very different, is the opposite they are the foundations of society. We have based every great theory on the past either the roman, Greek, Muslim empire. So we can’t really say there is a difference instead we have to thank them. Democracy’s basis are taken form the roman republic. All great mathematicians in the present would not be able to do anything without people such as Pythagoras from the Greek empire. In other words we can’t guess without sufficient proof.
I enjoyed reading the mythology because it reminded me of the bible in other words like Pandora and Prometheus they don’t have that much differences they very a like. Prometheus is the Adam and Pandora is the Eve of Christian religion. Chaos is like god, that created the earth in seven days, chaos’s story does not tell time. Pandora’s Box is the tree of knowledge of the Christian religion; but instead Pandora opens the box, and Adam and Eve eat the apples that will release suffering to the world. In my words our story of Adam and Eve is an adaptation from the Greek mythology; our modern world is an adaptation with improvements from the past.
